.. It seems I've become addicted to entering contests xD oh well :3 but I will get to that later. Today was a pretty normal Sunday, woke up at 8 am (which is way to early in my weekend world), headed down to the barn to see my baby, Oreo.
He's such a silly boy :3
I then tacked him up, and had lesson, practising for the show next weekend. After riding I immediately got back into my jammies, opened my laptop and... signed into Blogger ;) I'm slowly but surely completing my page, I still have a lot to do ahead of me, but unlike when I first started blogging, I think I have the hang of it. On my "I really need to stop being a lazy bum and get out of my room breaks" I walked around the house and outside and took some pictures, such as these ones here..
Took some cool angle shots of my keyboard
While looking for something round for a photography contest I took this picture of the top of a candle.
I find spiders fascinating, but I absolutely ADORE their webs! taking the perfect picture of a orb spiders web glistening with water droplets is definitely on my photography bucket list, hopefully its something I can cross off soon :)
I know this one may not be perfectly focused, but I think that makes it all that more interesting, I was trying out my new cameras "night vision" setting, and this is what turned out :)
Now. onto this photography contest addiction of mine.
After I entered my first contest
here, I decided I wanted to enter some more, so I searched other photography blogs, to find links to other contests, these are some interesting ones I found and here are my (way to many) entries. <3

Sunday Snapshot: I want to remember..
..My friends. I want to remember all those sleepovers and all the ones to come. I want to remember the way we can just sit there and talk for hours on end. I want to remember all the horrible makeover we gave each other. But most of all I want to remember that no matter what, ill have their backs and they'll have mine.
^
that right there is actually one of my bestest friends in the world right there who also happens to have a kick ass photography blog. found
here ;)

Ordinary Inspirations: Capturing Beauty
Even though I've been walking back and forth at least twice a day I had never actually seen these flowers until the day I decided to take my camera out on my walk home from my school bus stop, its amazing how just having a camera in your hands can open your eyes to a whole new view of the world.

Ramblings and Photos: Scavenger Hunt Sunday
1. Abstract
Art room= great place to take pictures of anything colorful :)
2. Round
Aztec Calenders are absolutely gorgeous aren't they? My mom got it back in 2007 on our trip to Mexico :)
3. Fire
I find it so fascinating, all the colors fire can be, I've seen pink fire, red fire, green fire. I think it would be pretty cool to see rainbow fire, what about you?
4. Faces in strange places
Ever since I was a kid, I've always thought the glass pattern on this door looked like an old king :) Imagine in the clear non pattern glass, the top diamond looking piece and the two pieces beside it are the crown, and the next lower pieces are his big bushy eyebrows that cover his kind eyes, in between the eyebrows is his nose and on either sides of his nose, is his moustache, next comes his big round belly, his arms and then if you ignore the lower diamond piece, his legs, and if you look at him bottom up, he could be upside down :)
what do you see?
5. Stars
I have no clue why, but these little flower things have always reminded me of stars, not the 5 point star that everyone pictures when you say the word, but I imagine this is what real stars would look like if the nearest star wasn't 4.2 light years away :P

And then she {snapped}: Show {off}
This is Georgia (or at least that's what I'm going to call her for this post), Georgia is a Western toad that lives at Swan Lake Nature Sanctuary, and she is the biggest piggy I've ever known, she is also one of my favourite clients :3
